Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of products we offer such as a licensed digital service in which cannot be “returned” once activated and due to PCI Compliance & Security Regulations affecting all POS Hardware. Once you have logged in or opened or Installed your hardware it can no longer be returned, therefore all transactions are final once purchased.

You may cancel your service or elect to not renew your license / service agreement but under no circumstances will Bud Plug be obligated to provide a refund for services rendered.

In the event of receipt of defective hardware, Bud Plug does reserve the right to request documentation and provide a RMA # and a Shipping Label for you to send the hardware back, failure to include your RMA # will delay the processing of your replacement hardware. Once the defective hardware is shipped we will ship your replacement order which someone with the authority to sign for your business will need to be available to sign for the package once delivered.

Despite this Bud Plug does reserve the right to grant a refund on a case by case basis in extenuating circumstances
